Craft Stalls Conditions of Entry
- Please forward your completed acceptance form to the Craft Committee by Friday 11th April 2025. If you are not accepting this invitation, please advise the Craft Committee by telephone or email so that your position may be offered to another exhibitor.
- Your craft exhibit can be set up only at the following times: Friday 23rd May between 9.30am and 4.00pm (All indoor exhibitors), or Saturday 25th May between 7.00am and 9.00am (All outdoor exhibitors).
- Indoor Exhibits: School desks will be supplied, please bring your own draperies, display props, sticky tape etc required to set up your display. Please indicate if you have a preference for your own tables. Remember that space is limited. The use of trestle tables must be negotiated prior to the festival and NOT on the day of set-up.
Outdoor Exhibits: Exhibitors must supply their own gazebo and tables. Large exhibitor equipment may be left “set up” overnight, however exhibitors do so at their own risk. (Please note that exhibits located in the top playground will not all be on a flat surface as this area has a moderate slope.) - Please indicate any special needs such as power points, window position etc on the acceptance form (accommodating these will depend on availability).
- The set fee ($150 for indoor stall holders, or $180 for outdoor stall holders) is to be paid to the school before Friday 23rd May at 4:00pm. Please bring cash float adequate for your own needs.
- All exhibits must be staffed by craft exhibitors. Exhibitors must be in attendance 1/2 hour before opening time on each day. Please ensure Exhibitor ID badges are worn (badges will be supplied by the school).
- Exhibitors are asked to replenish goods as they are sold in order to maintain displays for the entire weekend.
- The Craft Committee will allocate each Exhibitor appropriate space. We are aware that many exhibitors have a location preference, however, it is simply not possible to satisfy every request. We hope that you understand that we attempt to be fair and considerate to all Exhibitors. However, the decision of the Craft Committee will be final.
- Night security has been arranged; however, we are unable to provide insurance. If you require insurance, please make your own arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any item.
- Exhibitors may not leave before finishing time on each day. Exhibits may not be dismantled until after 4.00pm on Sunday 25th May 2025 due to risk and safety of children on the premises.
- The Art & Craft Festival will be held regardless of weather conditions.
- Exhibitors must have current Public Liability Insurance to attend.
