Volunteer Registration

There are a few different ways to get involved with our major fundraiser of the year !

We are incredibly proud of the unwavering dedication our school community demonstrates in supporting every child within Oyster bay Public School .

Organising an event of this scale requires an exceptional level of commitment, and it simply wouldn’t be achievable without the invaluable contributions of our amazing volunteers. You are the driving force behind these efforts, and its genuinely appreciated.

This year, we’re introducing a new approach to volunteering, designed to make it enjoyable for all families.

Here’s how it works:

  • Weekend Shifts: Each family will be allocated a single shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Midweek Options: If the weekend doesn’t work for you, we’d love your help in the lead-up on Wednesday or Thursday for set up or Friday night opening. These midweek slots are critical in ensuring everything runs smoothly!
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) – We have Crazy Hair and Nail shifts available across the weekend to sign up see below

Your contribution, no matter how small, helps us create enriching experiences for our children and strengthens the spirit of our Oyster Bay community
