Art Exhibition Entry Terms and Conditions 2026
All artworks must be the unaided work of the artist and have been completed between 1st January 2025 and May 8th 2026.
We are unable to accommodate artworks larger than 150cm in width due to our display boards.
The artist confirms that the artwork has not been previously exhibited at the Oyster Bay Art & Crafts Festival.
Entry fees are payable at artwork submission stage, entry fee is $15 per painting.
Submissions prior to Friday 1st May 2026 are eligible for a free ticket (value $60??) to the OBPS Art & Craft Festival Friday Night Launch Party.
Artists are responsible for the delivery and collection of all works, refer to FAQ’s for timings and labelling required for all artworks.
All artwork must be delivered clearly labelled with the following details on the reverse: Title of work, artist name, sale price, address & phone number, hanging direction. Artwork without correct labelling will not be accepted.
All artworks must have cord attached on the reverse and ready to hang. Artwork with screw eyes cannot be hung and will not be. accepted
Artworks cannot be removed from the exhibition prior to festival close, 4pm 31st May 2026.
The artist confirms that all artwork submitted will be available for sale at the festival.
Wet entries are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted for exhibition.
Submission confirms understanding of our sales commission model; the arts & crafts committee charges 25% on all sold artworks. Payment is made as soon as possible following the close of the exhibition via bank transfer.
The Art & Craft Festival will be held regardless of weather conditions.
Oyster Bay Art & Crafts Festival will exercise reasonable care when handling, storing and hanging artworks entered but does not take responsibility for any damage, theft or loss of the artwork during storage, handling, hanging, transport and delivery.
